Every Birth Tells a Story!
At Community Doulas of Waco, we believe every mother deserves care, support, and a voice during one of the most important moments of her life. Our doulas provide more than support—we help shape healthier beginnings. With guidance rooted in compassion and evidence-based care, we partner with families to improve birth outcomes, nurture the mother-baby bond, and build strong foundations for the future.

Are You Expecting or a New Mom in McLennan County?
Community Doulas of Waco provides 100% free birth and postpartum doula services exclusively for moms who are currently enrolled in public assistance programs (such as WIC, SNAP, Medicaid, TANF, Section 8 or TriCare for military families).
Our Waco, Texas Doula Programs Include:
Newborn & Postpartum Support (Baby under 4 weeks old): Get hands-on help right in your home, including basic breastfeeding support, community resources, and safe babywearing guidance.
Pregnancy & Birth Support (27–34 weeks pregnant): We pair you with a dedicated birth doula who meets with you before labor to build a relationship, help you create a personalized birth plan, and guide you through prenatal education classes. Your doula will then stay by your side to support you through labor, birth, and delivery.
